These terms govern your use of versalma.co and your purchase of Versalma personalized songs, a service operated by [Legal business name] ([State / Country]). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Versalma creates original, personalized songs from the information you share with us. Songs are created with AI music tools and are reviewed and curated by people.

Because music and vocals are AI-generated, we cannot guarantee a specific vocal tone, the exact style of any artist, or results identical to our samples. We do not imitate the voice or likeness of any real person or artist.

Orders are placed through our order form. Payments are processed by Stripe; Versalma never sees or stores your card number.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are those in effect when you order. Launch pricing may change, but changes never affect orders already paid. [Owner: state how applicable taxes are handled.]

We may decline an order we cannot create or that breaches these terms; if so, we refund you in full.

Delivery times are good-faith estimates in business days, starting once your form is complete and payment is confirmed. They are not guarantees.

• Essential: estimated delivery 3–5 business days; 1 correction round.
• Signature: estimated delivery 5–7 business days; 2 correction rounds.
• Memory Film: estimated delivery 7–10 business days; 2 correction rounds.

Delivered by email as a private download link. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and downloading your files within [X] days.

A correction round covers changes to lyric wording, names, pronunciation, dates and small details, delivered as one consolidated list.

Starting over with a different story, genre or occasion is a new song rather than a correction.

Corrections must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Additional changes beyond your included rounds may be quoted separately.

• Before work on your song begins, you can cancel for a full refund.
• If we cannot accept your request (for example, content we can't create), we refund you in full.
• Once production has started, orders are non-refundable; your included correction rounds are how we make it right.
• If we miss your confirmed delivery date because of our own delay, contact us and we will offer a partial or full refund.

You keep ownership of the stories, photos and videos you submit. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to create and deliver your song and, only if you opt in, to feature it publicly.

You confirm you have the necessary rights and permissions for everything you submit, including consent from people shown in your media. Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, infringes others' rights, or includes other people's copyrighted lyrics or music.

Once your order is paid in full, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to play, gift and share your song for personal, non-commercial purposes (for example, at your event or on your personal, non-monetized social media).

Commercial use (advertising, monetized content, distribution on streaming platforms, resale or sync) requires our written permission. We will not sell or license your personalized song to anyone else.

Lyrics are personalized from your story, but musical elements are AI-generated and could coincidentally resemble other works. If you notice a concern, contact us and we will review it.
